I have created an MS Access dabase for staff details. In this database I
build a Text Box in which I want to display the CV's of the staff in MS Word
Format (or rich text) rather then in plain text. I cannot find a tool or
control anywhere how this can be done. I am using Office 2003 Professional.

An HTML view would already be a big step forward.

Can anybody help me with my problem?
