I have a pair of identical Access 2K dabases. These are used to track information quarterly. The person doing the data entry accidently opened the wrong database, and entered several dozen records into it. So, I want to move them to the correct database. I've tried to cut/paste (and paste append) the rows from the table view, but that doesn't work. I get an error message about invalid data in 3 of the fields. I've also taken a copy of the Q3 database, deleted all except the records that I want to move, and tried to import into the Q4 database. That sort of works. Unfortunately, instead of being added to the current table, Access creates a new table. Can someone point me in the direction as to how I can easily accomplish this? Thanks. John |
