Default Limit on the amount of data that can be exported from Access to Excel, - 12-04-2003 , 02:29 PM

It seems that Access cannot export more than about 50 pages of data to
excel. When I export to Word, it seems to be fine. Is there a way
around this ?

Hello Conor,

Perhaps you could give a bit more information concerning the
source your using for the Export. Is it from a table? A query?

If a query, maybe you should check the "Top Values" in the design
view of the query and make sure "All" is selected.

What is the recordset result from running the query? How many
records should there be?

I just exported the data from a quick query into excel with over
4,000 records to get over 300 pages with no problem.

Good luck.

Regards,

Ray
