I have several long lists in txt format that look like this:

Name of Co
Address
City State Zip
Tel
Fax
Website
Email
Contact.

It is not comma delimited, and where the website or email is not available
the Contact would be under the Fax #.

Do I have to go through these thousands of names and addresses one at a
time, put them on one line with commas in between? Is there some kind of
software that would at least make educated guesses and recognize where one
record ends and another begins, (and same with fields)?
