Default frontend / backend access question - 01-20-2004 , 02:00 AM

Hi,

Can you please tell me what the advantage is of using an access backend with
a VB frontend OVER access as a frontend and backend.

There is really only one.
You can create an EXE with VB.
I can distribute Access DBs to people without Access because I have
the Developer's license, but this isn't cheap.
The ability to create the EXE is inherent in VB6 and above.

I'm sure some people will have other opinions.

Good luck
