formating Minutes and Seconds from a Integer - 06-24-2004 , 12:08 PM

What I have is a numeric value (600) I want to show it in Minutes and
seconds.
I have a timer and want it to count backwards in Minutes and seconds
but the base data is numeric. Any suggestion ?
