I'm trying to produce and filter by form query (without saving it) to
excel, the tricky thing is that I want to output also the criteria
used (wether is one or ten fields) to excel.

i.e.: Being these the fields in my form and the data in them. Execute
a filter by form.

ProdName:'16 Mb memory chip'
Vendor: 'Computer parts inc.'
Date: '12/31/2003'

I would like the output to export this information as well, no matter
if I filter by one, 2 or more fields.
