Hi and TIA! I have a simple report that my users export to excel. They
like using the Main Menu / Tools / Office Links / Analyze with Excel option
from the print preview window. The problem I'm having is that some of the
fields are text fields that contain leading zero's, but when sent to excel
the zero's don't carry over. Is there a way to keep the leading zero's for
these fields? Also, if I open the query that the report is based on and
export it to excel as outlined above the leading zero's do carry over. I
can't change these fields to a numeric because some records are
alpha-numeric. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for your time!
