First, thank you for replies to last post, i havent gotten back sooner, i apologize..but they have helped me tremendously. Next question and i will try hard to describe what i am trying to accomplish.. I have a form i have created in Access. In here we have all our contact information on each client, physician, pharmaceutical company etc. After someone from our company speaks with them, they update this information in the "notes" section, with an area for initials and date. I would like to create a F/U (Follow up) section in here to for our people to type in the date they would like to follow up with this person. Maybe I am going way beyond my abilities but ... is there a way to have an email (or even some other notification reminder) sent on the date that this follow up date becomes due? Stumped again....THANKS again. Susan |
