Default editing look-up list - 02-07-2005 , 09:48 AM

Using Access 2000 and have a look-up list in need of editing. CAN they be
edited? Each time I try to edit, I wind up with a blank look-up list and
have to start all over again.
Edit them? I can't even PRINT them. I am hand-copying the contents of the
list, so when it needs to be edited, I work out the changes on paper first,
and then just key the whole list in all over again. There's gotta be a
better way.

I assume you are using the list in a combo or list box.
If so, just create a table and put the items in there. You use the
table as the list source.
You can delete, add, or edit items in the table to your hearts
content.

Good luck
