I'm trying to set up a Zip Code table [which is done] and then from the
report form enter a zip code and have the city and state displayed. That
part I can do also. Where I'm having the problem is if the zip code doesn't
exist then I when I enter the info in to the computer fields it will store
the information in the zip code table.

Tom,

Why not add another unbound field to enter the zip code into and then when /
if a match is found for city and state populate those fields and the bound
field for zip as well.
