Hello Let's say...well, this isn't hypothetical, so...in MS Access, I put together a report, which was pulled from a query, which was, in turn, pulled from a table. While I was assembling the report, in design view, I was trying to keep the printed data on one landscaped page; when it filled the first page, and then ran onto the second, I finagled the boxes by making them as small as possible, and as close to one another as possible, so that I might squeeze all of the data onto a single, landscaped page. The printed data now fits onto one landscaped page, and looks ok. However, when I print the report, every other page is blank, possibly due to the fact that it still "sees" that the data once ran off onto a second page, and "needs" to continue to print that second page, even if it is blank...? All of the "borders" that I created have been pulled fully back, and do not exceed the first page. How can I print the entire report, without printing it by printing every individual odd-numbered page, at a time? Am I making myself clear, here? Kind of hard to explain, without having you in front of my computer. Thanks in advance. smackedass |
