"Eingabe" passieren soll ?

Here is our best guess.

Subject: To save data hit RETURN

in Access the present data is saved by hitting "Shift+Eingabe" (I
don't know which button is Eingabe)
can it be defined somewhere that this is only to be done by 'Eingabe'?

Perhaps 'Eingabe' on the German keyboard is ctrl or alt but I don't
know for sure. Their key positions are different and have different
characteristics.
