Default Conditional field on a form - 07-11-2005 , 09:07 PM

I am creating a series of forms for an Access database. What I want
to know is, is it possible to create an area, say a subform, that will
appear only if certain criteria are met and will remain invisible
otherwise. For example, if an applicant is under 18, a section
appears requiring a guardian to be identified and if they are over 18
then it never appears.

Paul:
Yes.
You can make either fields or subforms visible or invisible at will.
I have a form with 7 subforms, 6 of which are on top of each other.
Which one is visible depends on a set of radio buttons.
It works fine.

Good luck
