Brand new install of Office 97 -> 'Builder' and 'Add-In' errors??? -

Hi,
I am new to Access. Just installed. Win98 SE.
I fire it up and get errors complaining about registry
entries:
MsInputMaskBuilder
MSODBCConnectStrBuilder
MSLinkChildFieldsBuilder
MSLinkMasterFieldsBuilder
================================================== ================
Microsoft Access can't display the Add-ins submenu
&Add-In Manager because a setting you entered in the
Windows Registry is missing a macroname or
functionname expression
Supply the missing expression in the Menu Add-ins key of the
Windows Registry, and then restart Microsoft Access.
For more information on customizing Microsoft Access settings
in the Windows Registry, click Help.

Also, get 2 errors similar to the one just above for these:
&Linked Table Manager
&Database Splitter
Does anyone know what this is about? Why would I get these
errors immediately after a brand new installation?
Thank you very much for any help you can provide!
