Default Blank Access Screen - 10-14-2003 , 10:52 AM

I am new at acces and have a problem. I have a file that open where the
tables, forms, queries etc would be list as just a blank grey screen with
the file, edit etc all above like it should be. I can not view or do
anything with this file.

I looked at the properties and see under security 1 head listed with a
persons name. Also have 3 listing with the double head that show groups
which I under stand. I think.

Anyway I was able to create a new file and import all the data, table, forms
etc from this file that just show up blank.

I guess something got turned off on the startup, but the startup is greyed
out when I open the file.

What do I need to do?????

Next Time you open the database, do it from a my computer window and
hold down the shift key when you double click on the .mdb icon. by
pressing this key any start up options that may be set on the database
are diabled, you should then be able to view and amend these options
as you need.

I hope this helps...
