I have a medium sized access database. I use the auto-number as the
primary key in all my tables. Recently, one of my tables has been
producing duplicate primary key numbers when I try to add a record,
which results in an error message telling me that the record can't be
saved due to duplicate number, etc.

Any comments - I have the most recent Jet 4 installed and am using
Access 2000 and running Windows XP.
