Default All I see are forms? - 07-31-2003 , 08:38 PM

Hi all,

I've been asked to look at upgrading an Access Database. Unfortunately, all
I can see
are the forms. Even if hold the shift key down I cannot access the tables or
queries.
What can I do to try to open the tables and queries?

It is Access from Office 2000.

Hello,

What might be happening is that the objects that
you don't see have be flagged as "Hidden".

Start Access2000 and open an mdb file in design view.
Then, go to Tools -> Options -> View and select the
Hidden Objects check box.

This will display all objects that were flagged
accordingly. To have the objects show all the time,
right click on the object, go to properties and deselect
the flag for "Hidden". Then you can deselect the flag
on the Tools -> Options -> View menu.

Regards,

Ray
