Access XP and Report Viewing and Printing -

I have designed a database in Access 2000 for muliple users within our
own intranet enviroment. Most of the users of the database use it for
retrieving reports. In order to save them a step I created shortcuts
for them. For some security issues I had to create a workgroup for
the database and have the users enter in a user name/password (not a
database password - just a workgroup one). Two of the users have been
switched to Access XP. This is where we have three problems: 1. The
shortcuts for opening reports do not work it will not open the report.
2. When using a shortcut to open a report it seems to want to just
open a report reader window - instead of the whole database. This
means it will not trigger the security for them to enter their name
etc. Is this why it will not open? 3. I have a specific printer that
needs to be used when printing the one report. It does not seem to
matter how many times I have selected specific printer and the setting
it still wants to try and find the printer the same way that my
computer has it hooked up - since I am the database creator. We have
been using this database with 2000 sucessfully for the past 2 1/2
years. Now just on these two XP machines we are having problems. Can
anyone help?
