Default Access database design in Vancouver, BC? - 09-06-2003 , 12:22 AM

I want to do an Access database for my company. I've just moved into an
area where there are about 370 clients on a regular basis. The turnover is
100% every three or four months. Staff members are all doing excel
spreadsheets on their own to control the different aspects of handing the
clients. The result is that we have about 12-16 spreadsheets, each
requiring the entering of 370 + clients and all their data! What a waste!
I want produce an Access database so that we can have one point of entry and
all staff pull their information via query or report.

I am looking at something like 16 or so tables. 15 to 20 queries. 15 to 20
reports.
I'd like Access 2002 so we can publish to Data Access Page later down the
road.

This is a Vancouver Area prospect. I don't have the time to do it, or the
time for the learning curve. If there are any Access pros out in the
Vancouver area that want to take on this small project, please contact me by
email.

Nick.
