Default Access 97 and export wizard - administrator can use it, users can't - 09-19-2007 , 08:01 AM

I have Access 97 installed on Windows 2000 Professional and XP Pro clients.

I can login as administrator and use the export table wizard, no problem.

When I login as a non-administrator user and try to use the wizard I get:

"...can't find the wizard or ther is an incorrect setting in the Windows
registry".

Now obviously the wizard is installed as it works in admin, so I'm looking
at a posting which tells me to alter the permissions of the AddInPath
registry entry located at:

\HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\ Access\Wizards.

However, even if I set the permissions to Full Control for Everyone, I still
get the error message.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

Thanks

Dan
