Default Access 2000 - Cannot display VBA and DAO help - 05-30-2004 , 09:06 AM

I have found reference to this problem in Knowledgebase but cannot
understand solution.
I cannot get help details displayed.

e.g. In module - vba

enter in help index "transaction" and search.
list appears but most entries will not display.

When I look at "references" -

visual basic applications
access 9.0
dao 3.6

I think that the V B A reference is the wrong vba reference, but I can't
"drop" it and try the one I suspect is correct (contains .dll mentioned in
knowledgebase)
Registry? ??

My Access profile is

Application name Microsoft Access
Version 9.0
Build 6620
Product ID 50106-270-0088462-02012
Application path C:\Program Files\Office2K\Office\
Language English (United States)
ADO version 2.7
VBA version 6.04
References VBA, Access, DAO
Database name CWH_Prog.mdb
Database path C:\CWH\Database\Progs
Database size 352.0 KB
Database create date 12/05/2004 7:48:16 PM
Current user Admin
Jet version 4.0

Any suggestions?
TIA Michael
