I apologize as I am not a computer expert at all, but I have a problem
and was hoping for some help from knowledgeable people.

We have a database of email addresses along with physical addreses for
people who come to see us perform. We would like to send out
flyers/invitations to people in our database based on their CITY,
STATE, ZIP.

Is there a cheap email software program that can use my database in
Microsoft Access, and sort it by CITY, STATE, ZIP, region, etc.?

Beatrice:

You don't need anything else.
Access will cheerfully send out e-mail.
You can sort any way you want and put in messages, attachments, etc.
It does require a small amount of code.
Also, if you use Outlook as your e-mail program it requires a small,
free utility. If you decide to go this way, send me an e-mail and
I'll find it for you.

order to use it to send out email newsletters directly from the MS
Access application that I have developed for them. I would be very
greatful for your time in directing me to the right information on how
to do this. The school already has MS Outlook installed, so some use
of existing Outlook methods, I'm guessing, is an efficient solution.
