problem while connecting to oracle - 05-06-2006 , 05:41 AM

hi
i hve installed oracle 9i and forms 6i on windows xp.but when i am trying to connect from forms 6i to oracle 9i .it is giving the following error:
TNS:Couldn*t reslove the name.
