A few years ago, I needed to use Ingres Security Auditing for the purpose of dumping query text. On a busy system, there were issues with this; shall we say that there was destabilisation of the reliability of the system.

Has anyone used I.S.A. for this purpose recently, and/or have observations to make about it?

Is there another way nowadays to dump query text at the server end?
